- For Return / Replacement Requests, Please, contact us within 15 days from receiving your order.
- If it has been over15 days from product receiving, your claim may not be accepted.
- Returns must in intact, without any type of damage.
- If any damage has been done to the canvas after receiving the package your claim will not be accepted.
- Any wrong choice selected by customers during the period of product selection are exchangeable for free (except for shipping cost, of course).
- For any refund type, shipping cost is not refundable in any case.
- We do not accept any refund request submitted after 15 days from product delivery.
- We cannot refund amounts paid to third-party partners for coupons or vouchers. You must contact the third-party you purchased the coupon/voucher from to receive your refund.
- Refunds are not applicable for low-quality photos uploaded by client.
- Any refund request owing of mistakes made by us will be refunded or replaced for free Such as Mistakes may be print errors, wrong photo printing, imperfections and errors due to general product.
- Any payment made via international credit cards will be refunded within 30 natural days.
- For cases related to canvas quality, Canvas Wish reserves the right to take a decision. You may be asked to provide us the image of the canvas you received.
3. Refund/Return request
- The purchaser must contact our customer service within 15 days of their intent to return or exchange the photographic print, and to receive return authorization and instructions.
- The print must be returned to us within 45 days of its original ship date. This money back guarantee requires that the photograph is returned in its original packaging in the original condition.
- We reserve the right to return without refund any print that is damaged or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage.
- If we decide to take this action, we will contact the purchaser to discuss the options. The purchaser is responsible for assuring the print is returned to us on the time schedule above.
- Any refund will be in the same form as used for the original purchase.
- If the purchase arrives with any type of damage upon receipt by the purchaser, she/he should contact our customer service within 15 days from the receiving. We will arrange for an inspection and, in positive case, we will replace damaged print.
- We reserve the right to retract/change this offer unilaterally (from out side) for any individual or enterprise anytime for any reason.
