Creating an order is easy.

1) Upload : Upload your picture from your computer, phone, facebook or instagram account.
2) Edit : Click "Edit" to move the image, Zoom-in or Zoom-out and Select Orientation.
3) Size : Choose the Size, Enhancement
4) Checkout: Enter Address & Payment details and You're Done!
Yes, We send an email confirmation of all the orders. We also send alerts and Tracking information once your canvas is Ready to be shipped. Sometimes our emails are mistaken as spam. Please make sure to add "[email protected]" as a contact in your email's settings.

We offer gallery wrapped canvases with 2 Thickness options - 0.75" and 1.25" thick. Currently available sizes of canvases are:

We accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments. All transactions at CanvasWish.Com are handled securely to ensure your data is safe.
At the moment, We only ship to USA. International shipping is not available currently.
Canvases are personlized items, so Modifying an order is not possible once the order has been placed.
Once an order is placed and is in production, we are unable to cancel it.
Regular And Express Shipping Options are available. We use USPS and Fedex for shipping your pacakge.

Regular Shipping Takes 5-7 Days to reach you, after the canvas is completed.
Express Shipping Is faster and Takes 2-4 Days for Delivery, after the canvas is completed.

We will never share your private data and images with anyone. CanvasWish may send you promotional emails occasionally.
All Refund and replacements requests must be created within 2 Weeks of the date when you recieve the canvas. Please contact our support team for any returns or replacements.
Refunds or replacements are issued when there are issues with your canvas, that were not present in the original image. You will be responsible for any shipping fees charged on a replacement canvas.
